You're the one who holds it all together.
And it's running you into the ground.

Are you burned out from carrying everyone and everything, at work and at home? Are you running most of your life on autopilot? This toolkit is where you start, before another year slips away.

  • See exactly where you're running low, not where you assume

  • Get clear on what's actually driving your decisions

  • Find the path forward you've been overlooking

  • Change the one thought that's been running the show

  • Set down what was never yours to carry

-- MEET ILANA

I built 18th Healing after I noticed I was running my own life on autopilot.

I was the reliable one everywhere, at work and at home, saying yes before I'd even checked if I meant it. It looked like competence from the outside. From the inside, I wasn't really present for any of it, I was just getting through the list. I stopped long enough to ask if any of it was mine to carry, or just the version of me that ran on default.

That question didn't get answered in one sitting. It took months of unglamorous work: naming what I valued instead of what I'd inherited, then rebuilding my choices around that. That process became 18th Healing. I trained as a coach because I wanted to do this work with other people the way I wish someone had done it with me.

I'm not handing anyone a five-step plan or a generic framework. Every person I work with is carrying a different version of this, so the work looks different every time. What stays the same is the approach: honest conversation, pointed questions, and tools built to change the thought driving the pattern, not the to-do list sitting on top of it.

I've helped a number of women get their time, energy, and sense of self back, some of them years before 18th Healing had a name.

I still catch myself doing the exact thing I coach people out of. It's a big part of why I do this work at all.

Off Autopilot, Now What?

Every week I get into the psychology behind why the reliable ones end up running their whole lives on default, plus one thing to try. If the toolkit helped, the podcast is where I go deeper. No pressure, listen whenever it's useful.

Already know you want to talk it through?

Not everyone needs the toolkit first. Maybe you already know.

If that's you, skip the toolkit and just book a free discovery session. Let's chat and get something going for you.
